Shareholders of the State Mortgage Company approved the decision to increase the authorized capital of the company. Website of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange reports.
The State Mortgage Company will conduct an additional issue of 192 ordinary shares with a par value of 100,000 soms each. This will be a private placement in favor of the sole shareholder of the OJSC — the State Property Management Agency. It is the agency that will buy shares to increase capital.
As a result, the authorized capital of the State Mortgage Company will reach 13,566.4 billion soms.
