The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Jeenbek Kulubaev proposed expanding cooperation with international security organizations at a meeting of the Security Council.
A new military doctrine of Kyrgyzstan was presented today.
The head of the Foreign Ministry proposed to include the concept of «external aggression» into it. «We learned what aggression is,» he explained.
Jeenbek Kulubaev also proposed not to limit the list of organizations in the field of military cooperation.
«CSTO, CIS and SCO organizations are listed here. I think it’s right not to tie our hands with these organizations only, we need to establish relations with other international and military organizations that treat us kindly,» the official said.
