Supporters of the extremist organization Yakyn-Inkar were detained in Chui region. Press center of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS) reported.
«Employees of the SCNS together with the Central Department of Internal Affairs of Chui region revealed the fact of creation of an extremist organization by members of the banned religious extremist movement Yakyn-Inkar in the territory of Chui region and in Bishkek. Searches were carried out on June 9 in the places of residence of 12 active members of the organization. A significant amount of prohibited extremist materials has been found and seized,» the statement says.
