Athletes from Kyrgyzstan won medals at the WAKO World Kickboxing Championships held in Italy. Kickboxing Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic reported on Instagram.
Marat Musaev (up to 54 kilograms) in the low-kick category defeated Almat Tenizbaev from Kazakhstan in the final and became the world champion.
Arsen Ulanov won a silver medal at kick light tournament in the weight category up to 42 kilograms.
Nazik Niyazova, Amir Kinvanlun, Tilek Toguzbaev and Daniel Isakov won bronze medals.
