According to him, this is not just a blow to his relatives, but a cunning game of those, who want to shake the situation with the human rights.
«My ex-spouse with children has been living in the house for a long time, which is now being tried to seize by the court and employees of the State Property Management Fund. She had rights to it long before I became a mayor. And multiple checks have proven the legitimacy of the property. I wrote about it many times and wrote that the confiscation of property, the only housing, is not allowed by any law of the country,» Nariman Tyuleev noted.
He believes, «young fair Atambayev’s cadres» have to do with this, they began the persecution of the Tyuleevs family.
«I will especially note the activities of the Director of the Judicial Department Rustam Ibraimov, official from the presidential administration of the former president. Mass media and human rights activists were prosecuted, millions of fines were collected, seizure and arrests of a number of public persons took place exactly under his leadership,» he wrote.
Nariman Tyuleev asks the President of the Kyrgyz Republic to instruct the General Prosecutor’s Office to study the case objectively and impartially.
