The Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Mukhammedkaly Abylgaziev appointed Dinara Moldosheva the Chairwoman of the State Service for Intellectual Property and Innovations of the Kyrgyz Republic. Government informed 24.kg news agency.
From November 2014 to November 2017, Dinara Moldosheva was a member of the Council for the Selection of Judges. Previously, she was the plenipotentiary representative of the government in the Parliament. She is the deputy of Parliament of the fourth convocation.
She was born in Talas region in 1979. She graduated from the Bishkek Humanities University with a degree in Political Science; she took the post-graduate course in philosophy and law at the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, graduated from the Law Faculty of the Kyrgyz National University, and the Diplomatic Academy with a degree in International Relations. She is married and has four children.
