Kamil Chotkaraev was appointed head of Kochkor district of Naryn region. The corresponding order was signed by the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov.
The former head of the district Ermekbai Omoshev became the head of Issyk-Ata district of Chui region.
