Personnel changes have taken place at Bishkek City Hall. Deputy Mayors Victoria Mozgacheva and Azamat Kadyrov have been relieved of their duties due to transfer to other positions.
According to the City Hall, Rakhat Musaeva has been appointed Acting Deputy Mayor for Social Issues.
Muratbek Atay has been appointed Acting Deputy Mayor for Land Use, Architecture, Construction, and Digitalization.
Zhanybek Orozaliev has been appointed Director of the City Halls’ Education Department.
The corresponding orders were signed by Mayor Aibek Dzhunushaliev.
In addition, an internal investigation has been ordered into the activities of Chynara Zhanykeeva, Deputy Head for Social Affairs of Pervomaisky district, and Baktygul Ismailova, Deputy Head for Social Affairs of Leninsky district. They have been suspended from their positions pending the investigation.
