An abandoned newborn baby was found in Bishkek again. The press service of the Internal Affairs Department of Leninsky district reported.
On November 19, at about 10.45 p.m., the 102 service received information that a newborn wrapped in a plastic bag was found in a box in Archa-Beshik residential area near the fence of one of the private houses on Kara-Kuzhur Street.
A pre-investigation check started. The boy is in the hospital.
All necessary investigative and operational search activities are being carried out to establish the whereabouts of the child’s mother.
On November 8, at approximately 11.30 p.m., 102 service received a call that a newborn child, wrapped in a plastic bag, was found in a garbage can at the intersection of Tolstoy and Elebayev streets in Bishkek. The police found and detained the child’s mother.
