The State Intellectual Property Agency of Kyrgyzstan submits for public discussion a draft resolution on the inclusion of a new type of service in the single register.
The document says that private individuals and companies can use the services of Kyrgyzpatent to hold various events: conferences, round tables, workshops, business meetings, trainings.
Participants can get an access to the use of state-of-the-art prototyping equipment. It is specified that it is proposed to create one center where all these meetings will take place.
Acceptance of documents from the consumer of the service in paper or electronic form will take up to 10 minutes. The applicant must receive notification of the decision made no later than half an hour from the moment the application is received. The maximum time for using the entire center or its separate hall is from an hour to six months.
