President Sadyr Japarov signed decrees on conferment of citizenship of the Kyrgyz Republic and its renunciation. Press service of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
Five decrees were signed on conferment of citizenship for 2,370 people (1,871 adults and 499 children), most of whom are the ethnic Kyrgyz who have returned to their historical homeland.
One decree was signed on renunciation of the citizenship of the Kyrgyz Republic for 360 people (277 adults and 83 children).
In September, Sadyr Japarov signed decrees on conferment of citizenship for 1,790 people, and renunciation — for 25 people.
