Elections 2021: Voting ends in Russian city of Irkutsk

Voting in the elections of deputies of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan has ended in the city of Irkutsk (the Russian Federation). Photos of the results were posted on social media.

According to preliminary results, 319 voters out of 1,591 cast their votes at the polling station 9007. Ata Zhurt Kyrgyzstan party won 117 votes. Butun Kyrgyzstan takes the second place with 83 votes, Yiman Nuru — the third with 34 votes.

Voting has already ended in Vladivostok and at a polling station in Sakhalin Oblast of the Russian Federation.

Deputies of the seventh convocation of Parliament are elected in Kyrgyzstan today. The electoral system was changed in the country, so there will be 90 deputies instead of 120. As a result, 54 deputies of the Parliament will be elected according to the proportional system (open lists of candidates of political parties) in the single electoral district, 36 deputies — according to the majority system in single-mandate constituencies.
