Bishkek will host a bike ride timed to the Independence Day of Kyrgyzstan on August 28. The Department of Interethnic Relations reported.
The cyclists will move from Victory Park named after Dair Asanov to Turdakun Usubaliev Square (Old Square). The results will be summed up and an entertainment program will be presented at the finish point of the bike ride.
Citizens over 16 years old are allowed to participate in the event. The ride will start at 9 a.m.
The bike ride is held as part of the implementation of Kyrgyz Zharany concept. The organizers are government departments with the support of donors and sponsors.
