Mud flow in Suzak district damages power transmission line

Mud flow damaged high-voltage power transmission line of 110 kV Raionnaya — Urumbash in Suzak district of Kyrgyzstan. Press service of National Electric Network of the Kyrgyz Republic JSC reported.

It is noted that the support No. 91 of Raionnaya — Urumbassh line was damaged tonight in the village of Kara-Cholok. Consumers were promptly connected to the electricity under the reserve scheme, there are no disconnected users in Jalal-Abadelektro JSC networks.

Currently, Raionnaya — Urumbash transmission line was removed out of service for repair. Despite the continuing heavy rain, NENK’s workers started emergency repair work.
