Construction of Muras residential complex at 91, Malikova Street in Bishkek will be completed in 2024. Tilek Dzheembaev, Deputy Chairman of the State Mortgage Company (SMC) reported.
According to him, the construction of the first stage will be completed by the end of 2024. It includes six 18-story buildings. It is planned to build about 5,000 apartments in the complex in three stages. After that, the apartments will be provided on mortgage at rates of 4 and 8 percent per annum for up to 25 years to people, who are on the online queue on the SMC website.
The second stage began at the site in early May, which includes the construction of 11 more houses. The total area of Muras residential complex is almost 9 hectares. The project includes a kindergarten, underground parking spaces, shops, cafes, medical facilities and pharmacies on the basement and first floors. The complex will also have workout area and children’s playground.
