Two men opened fire near Promzona nightclub in Bishkek. The Internal Affairs Department of Oktyabrsky district of the capital confirmed the information to 24.kg news agency.
A citizen turned to the police on December 4. He asked to take measures against unknown persons who that night at about 03.30 a.m., during a verbal skirmish, fired at him from a gas-traumatic weapon.
«A criminal case has been initiated under the article «Hooliganism» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, all the necessary examinations have been scheduled. 37-year-old and 34-year-old men were detained. Both were placed in the temporary detention center of the Central Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek. Investigation of the criminal case is ongoing,» the department said.
