One of the suspects in the criminal case on corruption in the export of agricultural products has compensated 100 million soms damage. Press center of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS) reported.
«During the investigation, the suspect transferred 100 million soms to the SCNS deposit account as a preliminary guarantee for compensation of damage, the full amount of which will be established based on the results of a check. With this in mind, the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek changed the preventive measure against him to a recognizance not to leave the city,» the statement says.
Earlier, the SCNS identified officials and companies who, according to the investigation, created artificial barriers for the unhindered export of agricultural products outside the country.
Some officials of the Ministry of Agriculture were detained, including the Deputy Minister Ilyich Marsbek uulu, representatives of a logistics company, as well as the Director of Dordoi-Dyikan market Erkin Salymbekov.
