Genrikh Balyan suspected of fraud within Rosinbank case

Owner of Karven club, businessman Genrikh Balyan, was detained within a criminal case on the fact of fraud. Own sources told 24.kg news agency.
The criminal case is related to Rosinbank loan fraud. The man was detained by officers of the State Committee for National Security.
The owner of the sports club and Karven resorts was detained the day before in Bishkek.
