The territorial office of the Land and Water Supervision Service in Osh region fined the construction company Zhu-Zhu-Xi LLC 117,000 soms for illegal construction outside the allocated land plot and violating topsoil management regulations.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, the company was constructing on an additional plot of land outside the previously allocated area. An inspection revealed violations of requirements for the removal, storage, and placement of topsoil.
Despite a previously issued order to restore the land plot, the violations were not eliminated.
As a result, the company was fined 100,000 soms under Article 149 of the Code of Offenses and additional 17,000 soms under Article 241.
The service noted that inspections of compliance with land law will continue.
