Russian citizen dies during river rafting in Kyrgyzstan

A Russian citizen, Sergei Molodtsov, died while rafting on a mountain river in Kyrgyzstan. RZN.info reported.

The man reportedly died on May 10 during a water expedition on Naryn River.

Sergei Molodtsov was previously a member of the Rafting Federation of the city of Ryazan. In 2010, he participated in an expedition on the Chenab River in the Himalayas, where his group took first place. In 2012, he represented Russia at the Veterans Rafting World Championship in the Czech Republic and became a medalist.
