First Lady of Kyrgyzstan Aigul Japarova promised to support Asel Nogoibaeva financially during surgery on her ears and nose. The victim herself told 24.kg news agency.

She noted that the first emergency surgery was performed on her by Kyrgyz surgeon Sultan Tukeshov. He opened the airways. She will have to undergo a surgery to restore the two severed organs.

«A congress of surgeons from all over the world was recently held in Issyk-Kul region. Sultan Tukeshov invited us there. Russian doctors approached First Lady Aigul Japarova and expressed a desire to help me. We held a consultation. Russian and Turkish surgeons showed their work. We chose the first ones. They said that they would do the surgery from start to finish,» Asel Nogoibaeva said.

She told that the cost and location of the surgery are still unknown.

«Russian doctors said that it did not matter to them where the operation was performed, but noted that it would be better in the Russian Federation, since it was important for them to observe the results of surgery. Sultan Tukeshov also asked not to delay the operation any longer. So, the date was set for September,» Asel Nogoibaeva said.

She noted that they refused the services of Turkish surgeons, who had previously offered to restore the ears and nose for $45,000.

«Aigul ezhe (First Lady Japarova. — Note of 24.kg news agency) held negotiations with Russian doctors very seriously. She said that she would help. She promised to pay for flights, accommodation.
