The Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry of Kyrgyzstan, together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, have worked to find partners to export apricots to Kazakhstan. The press service of the ministry reported.
According to the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan, the consumer price of apricots in Kazakhstan is 50-100 soms.
«A trading place (180 centimeters in size) at Astanalyk market in Astana costs 100,000 tenge for one month, 50,000 tenge for two and subsequent months. Storage of agricultural products in the market area is not provided. A separate fee is charged for laboratory testing of the product. At the moment, according to information from the market administrator N.N. Berikhanova, there are free trading areas,» the ministry noted.
