Kyrgyzstan received 150,000 doses of Sinovac vaccine. Press center of the Ministry of Health and Social Development reported.
The vaccine was delivered within the framework of a bilateral agreement between Kyrgyzstan and Turkey.
The vaccine will be used for vaccination of people over 18 years old. The interval between two doses should be 2-4 weeks.
The ministry noted that Sinovac-CoronaVac vaccine is included in the WHO emergency use list for prevention of COVID-19 and has passed examination of the WHO Strategic Advisory Group of Experts on Immunization (SAGE). Sinovac-CoronaVac is an inactivated vaccine.
