A wrestler from Kyrgyzstan won a silver medal at the Youth Olympic Games that continue in Buenos Aires. Official website of the Games reports.
At least 6 athletes participated in the Greco-Roman wrestling tournament in the weight category of 60 kilograms. At the preliminary stage, they were divided into two groups. Kyrgyzstani Elmirbek Sadyrov in his group defeated a New Zealander Arapo Kellner and a Mexican Aguilar Ugalde and took the first place. This allowed him to reach the final, where he lost to Georgian Giorgi Chkhikvadze.
