Ombudsman asks colleague in Russia to help Kyrgyz migrants in Ryazan

13 citizens of Kyrgyzstan applied with statements that are registered in the book of records of reports and crimes of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Moscow district of Ryazan city.
