Nationwide Testing starts in Kyrgyzstan

Nationwide Testing started in Kyrgyzstan today.

According to the Center for Education Assessment and Training Methods, almost 45,000 people have been registered for it.

According to the order of the Ministry of Education and Science, the Nationwide Testing is held in Kyrgyz and Russian in three stages: on May 16–17 and May 19–20, as well as on June 23-24. In total, 123 testing centers were opened in the republic. Additional registration for the test for applicants who did not have time to do it will be held on May 18.

Since 2012, the testing has become mandatory for admission to all universities (regardless of the form of ownership) and to all departments (full-time, grant and contract, remote study). Those who receive high points have the opportunity to enter the university for state financed education.
