Saidikram Niyazkhodjaev appointed new Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Kyrgyzstan

Saidikram Niyazkhodjaev was appointed the new Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Kyrgyzstan. He arrived in Bishkek, Dune news agency reports.

The newly appointed official representative of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Kyrgyz Republic is 59 years old. He graduated from the Tashkent Polytechnic Institute (now the Tashkent State Technical University).

Before his appointment to Bishkek, Saidikram Niyazkhodjaev had served as the Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Kazakhstan since 2018. In August, for his contribution to strengthening bilateral relations, he was awarded Dostyk Order (Friendship) of II degree by decree of the President of Kazakhstan.     

Previously, the diplomat held the post of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, and other responsible positions in the presidential administration and government structures.

Saidikram Niyazhodjaev replaced Khurshid Mirzakhidov, who headed the diplomatic mission in Bishkek in 2020–2024.
