President Sadyr Japarov leaves for Kazakhstan to participate in SCO summit

President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov today, July 3, left for Kazakhstan on a working visit to participate in the next meeting of the SCO Council of Heads of State. The press service of the President reported.

The leaders of the member countries will discuss important issues of multilateral and multi-vector cooperation in the organization’s format, as well as regional and international politics.

On the sidelines of the SCO, Sadyr Japarov will hold bilateral meetings with Chinese President Xi Jinping and Mongolian President Ukhnaagiin Khürelsükh.

The official delegation includes:

  • Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeenbek Kulubaev;
  • Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Executive Office Muratbek Azymbakiev;
  • Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kyrgyzstan to Kazakhstan Dastan Dyushekeyev;
  • Head of the Department of Presidential Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Kanybek Tumanbaev;
  • Ambassador at Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Coordinator of the SCO from Kyrgyzstan Kazybek Kochkonov.
