Cabinet approves transfer of Eastern bus station building to Bishkek

Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, Akylbek Japarov, held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers. His press service reported.

Participants of the meeting approved the draft resolution «On transfer of Eastern bus station building to the municipal property of Bishkek.» This decision was made in order to effectively use state property and improve the environmental situation and architectural appearance of the capital.

To create a preschool educational institution, a resolution was adopted on the free transfer of the corresponding land plot with an area of ​​1.14 hectares to the municipal ownership of the Bishkek City Hall.

Further, at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, the issue of transferring the branches of Bishkek Heating Networks and Bishkek Heating and Power Center to the management of the City Hall was approved.

Akylbek Japarov instructed the relevant government bodies to complete the work on transferring these objects within a month.

Members of the Cabinet considered and unanimously adopted the draft resolution «On the main issues of ensuring and organizing the work of state and municipal preschool educational organizations,» which was presented by the Ministry of Education and Science.

According to this decision, heads of state and municipal bodies in the field of preschool education, who have worked for this organization for a total of five or more years, are considered dismissed from the date this resolution comes into force, then the selection of management personnel will be carried out on a competitive basis.

In addition, a resolution was adopted to impose a three-year temporary ban (moratorium) on the procurement and collection of raw materials of the following plants and medicines: macrotomia (Macrotomia DC), arnebia (Arnebia Forssk), manna ash (Dictamnus L), aconite (Aconitum L) and onion aflatun (Allium aflatunense B.Fedtsch).

Akylbek Japarov gave a number of relevant instructions to the heads of government agencies.
