Case against akyn Bolot Nazarov dismissed due to reconciliation of parties

The criminal case against akyn Bolot Nazarov was dismissed due to the reconciliation of the parties. Lawyer Bakyt Avtandil told 24.kg news agency.

According to him, such a decision was made by the Moskovsky District Court of Chui region. The akyn was released in the courtroom.

The lawyer noted that the defense agreed with the verdict of the court.

The folk singer and poet Bolot Nazarov was detained on November 9 and since then he has been under arrest. A resident of Belovodskoye village wrote a statement against him. He said that Nazarov, under the pretext of taking a picture, took a horse from his underage son and then, using force against the teenager, galloped away. According to the lawyer of Bolot Nazarov, his client thought that the horse had been given to him as a present.

A criminal case has been initiated under article 206 «Robbery» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
