The Council of the Federation of Trade Unions dismissed the Chairman of the organization Mirbek Asanakunov. Civil activist Adil Turdukulov told 24.kg news agency.
According to him, the decision was made today at a meeting of the Council — the highest governing body of the Federation.
«Earlier, the Supreme Court dismissed the claim for invalidating the decision of the Federation Council in 2017. They explained this decision by the fact that the court has no right to interfere in the internal affairs of a non-governmental organization. It can make decisions under the current charter. Then the Council of Trade Unions decided to remove the chairman by its decision,» he said.
Earlier, some representatives of the Federation of Trade Unions stated that Mirbek Asanakunov has been illegally heading the Republican Federation of Trade Unions for three years. According to them, he forged records in his employment record book about work in a trade union organization.
