Sergey Smirnov, suspected of a double murder in Khan Teniri camp in Issyk-Kul region of Kyrgyzstan, was put on the international wanted list. The Internal Affairs Department of the region reported.
According to the department, the police did not get on the track of the suspect so far. The accident occurred on July 5 in Ak-Suu district of Issyk-Kul region. One of the camp workers shot two people dead in Khan Teniri camp and took an employee of an anti-plague station hostage.
Sergey Smirnov let the woman go on the next morning, she was not injured.
Pre-trial investigation under Article 130 (Murder) of the Criminal Code is ongoing.
