Muzaffar Isakov was accused of corruption. According to investigators, the former parliament member, being the head of Tash-Bulak rural administration, issued 315 illegal decisions on the allocation of agricultural land for individual housing construction. Suzak District Court sentenced him to three years in prison conditionally, but the Prosecutor’s Office appealed this decision to a higher authority.
