A woman, calling to kill the Chinese during a rally on January 17, was arrested in Bishkek. An activist Amanbol Babakulov told 24.kg news agency.
According to the organizer of the protest against the Chinese expansion, yesterday, he was summoned for questioning to the Police Department of Pervomaisky district of the capital.
«It turned out that the woman was placed in a pretrial detention center for two months. Investigators asked me if I knew her and where she came from. In fact, I have never seen this woman before the rally. That day, she took a microphone from me and began to say that the Chinese had to be killed,» Amanbol Babakulov told.
The protest against the Chinese expansion took place in Bishkek on January 17. Representatives of the protesters were received by the Vice Speaker of the Parliament Mirlan Bakirov. They voiced him their demands. After the protesters did not obey the police, they were dispersed. Some of the protesters were detained.
