Kyrgyz sportsman wins silver in sambo tournament within Asian Beach Games 

Sportsman from Kyrgyzstan won "silver" in sambo tournament within the Asian Beach Games, started in Phuket (Thailand). The official website of the International Sambo Federation reports.

As noted, a representative of the KR Arthur Te competed in the weight category up to 68 kilograms. In the final, he was lost to Tumurkhuleg Davaadorj (Mongolia).

As reported, the sambo tournament was attended by 56 athletes from 15 countries. Beach sambo is somewhat different from the classical one. The rules are changed, bout last for 3 minutes without punishment and handgrip on the ground till the first of the estimated motion. The fight takes place in 3 weight classes - both men and women.
