Boeing 747 crash: dead pilots identified 

Turkish media published the names of pilots killed in Boeing 747 crash.

According to them, the crew members were citizens of Turkey: the captain of the aircraft İbrahim Gürcan Dirancı, copilot Kazım Öndül as well as Melih Aslan and İhsan Koca.

It is noted that Melih Aslan was one of the aviation veterans. He served in 2009 in Afghanistan and has been praised by then US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

The Turkish media reported that ACT Airlines performed flight on behalf of Turkish Airlines with their flight number. 

The plane was put into operation in 2003;

Its load capacity - 124 tons;

Maximum flight range - 5, 230 kilometers;

Maximum speed - 922 kilometers per hour.
