Companies to be opened in Kyrgyzstan in 2017

Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund plans to open in Kyrgyzstan twenty factories. 24.kg news agency decided to find out, thanks to what the country's economy will revive.

Modernization of poultry farms for the production of eggs in Lenin village is planned for 2017. It is expected to launch three new workshops, purchase equipment, construct warehouses.

• Total project cost is $3,596.6 million, including funding of Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund - $2,766.5 million (77 percent), the contribution of the initiator - $830.1 million (23 percent).

In the future, it is planned to build a factory for the production of knitted fabrics. 123 new jobs will be created, tax deductions will increase by $119,346 per year.

• Total project cost - $9, 782.2 million, including funding of Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund - $7, 544.6 million (77 percent), the initiator's contribution - $2 ,237.6 million (23 percent).

This year has begun, and in 2017 to continue the reconstruction of Issyk-Kul airport in Tamchy. Due to lack of the necessary infrastructure, it is impossible to serve the growing passenger traffic.

• Total project cost - $38,304,000, including funding of Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund - $12,404,000 (32 percent), the contribution - $25.9 million (68 percent).

The production of canned fruits and vegetables will be launched in Chui region. Raw materials of seven kinds will be purchased from farmers in Issyk-Kul, Osh regions and Bishkek suburbs. The project will provide income to 437 families by 2020.

• The total cost of the project - $5,532.8 million, including funding of Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund - 3 ,909.4 million (71 percent), the contribution of the initiator - $1,623.3 million (29 percent).

"Kyrgyzaeronavigatsiya" SE has received the money for the purchase and modernization of air navigation and metrology equipment. This will improve the safety of flights in the region and have a positive impact on the international reputation of the country, will increase the transit flights of international airlines.

• Loan of Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund amounted to $3.2 million.

 

It is expected that Orion Bishkek five-star hotel will be opened in the capital.

• Total project cost - $6, 223.7 million, including the contribution of the EBRD - $2 million (32 percent), Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund - $ 2 million (32 percent), the initiator - $2, 223.7 million(36 percent).

In 2017-2018, the production of pasta, instant noodles, sugar cookie, feed will be launched. About 45 people will get jobs. As a result, dependence on imports of flour products will reduce.

• Total project cost - $13, 769.9 million, including funding of Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund - $5, 505.6 million (40 percent), the contribution of the initiator - $8, 264.3 million (60 percent).

Factory on production of hot rolled rebar with production capacity of 150,000 tons per year will be opened.

• Total project cost - $7 ,450.6 million, including funding of Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund - $3.5 million (47 percent), the initiator - $3,950.6 million (53 percent).

Bricks, gravel and screening plants will ne expanded in Osh. About 126 people will get jobs.

• Total project cost - $1, 618.1 million, including funding of Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund - $1,218.6 million (75 percent), the initiator of the contribution - $399,475 (25 percent).

The plant for the production of thermal insulation materials (foam plastic) in Besh-Kungei village of Chui region will be expanded.

• Total project cost - $1,670.2 million, including funding of Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund - $1.1 million (66 percent), the contribution of the initiator - $570.2 million (34 percent).

A plant for the production of silicon metal with capacity of 5 million tons per year will be built in Tash-Kumyr. In case of successful realization of the project, the inflow of foreign investment up to $5 million is expected.

• Total project cost - $4, 451.1 million including funding of Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund - $2.15 million (55 percent), RSK Bank - $388,000 (9 percent), the initiator - $1, 913.1 million (36 percent).

At the beginning of 2017, money for the construction of a ski resort in Ak-Tyuz will be allocated. Its launch will boost tourism in the Kyrgyz Republic.

• Total project cost - $2 million, including funding of Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund - $1.4 million (70 percent), the initiator of the contribution - $607,000 (30 percent).

Financing of construction of a shopping complex in Bishkek, including a hypermarket, is opened.

• The total cost of the project - $5, 773.5 million, including funding of Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund - $2.5 million (43 percent), the EBRD's co-financing, contribution of local banks - $700,000 (12 percent), the initiator - $2, 573.5 million (45 percent).

In addition, the fund will allocate funds for the restoration of sugar factories Kaindy-Kant, Koshoy and several other enterprises.

It should be noted that no large enterprise was opened in 2016. This President Almazbek Atambayev admitted it at his final press conference. But he hopes that the situation will change in 2017.
