Turkish company to pay for education of crash-affected children

ACT Turkish Company will pay for education of children affected by Boeing 747 crash. Its Director General said at a meeting with the First Deputy Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Mukhammetkaliy Abulgaziev.

The last presented details of the plane crash and its consequences. He noted that, as of today, the victims receive all necessary medical care. Left without housing people were temporarily placed in a hotel.

The sides also discussed compensation for material damage caused by the crash.

Representatives of the Turkish airline are ready to pay for damage, to assist in providing psychological care for children left without parental care, and to take responsibility for their further education and other expenses. 

 Director General of the company told about cargo transported by Boeing 747 along Hong Kong - Bishkek - Istanbul route.

He noted that before the crash the aircraft performed several flights on the mentioned route. In each flight, it landed at Manas International Airport for refueling and crew change.

Finally, representative of the company added that the cargo transported by the plane was not intended for Bishkek.
