Boeing 747 crash. Wreckage of aircraft to remain in place until completion of IAC expertise 

Minister of Transport and Roads Zhamshitbek Kalilov told 24.kg news agency why clearing of the crash site was stopped.

According to him, the crash site is cordoned off now. It is guarded by the police. "IAC experts are working at the place. We will not touch anything till they will not give us a command to clean up the debris. 'Black boxes', all three, have already been sent to Moscow for decoding," Zhamshitbek Kalilov said. 

He added that representatives of the insurance company of Turkey, which is obliged to pay for the losses, sent an official letter to the ministry with the notice that the goods would have been delivered to Istanbul and it has nothing to do with Bishkek. The plane had to make only a technical landing in Kyrgyzstan and was not supposed to unload in Manas airport.
