Personal Identification Numbers (PIN) to be issued at registry office at place of residence

Personal Identification Numbers (PIN) for Kyrgyz citizens will be issued at the State Registry Service, its press service reported.

The service reminds that according to the government decree the pin assignment functions transferred to them. As part of the Unified State Register of Population on the principle of "one person - one passport - 1 PIN" from August 1, 2016, the Departments of Civil Registry Office and civil registration began to issue personal identification numbers (PIN).

The State Registry Service asks citizens to apply for a PIN in the bodies of the registry office at place of residence.
