The ex-mayor of Bishkek Nariman Tuleyev was released, the civil service of execution of punishments reported to 24.kg news agency.

"In late April, the case of Tyuleyev was given to special prosecution office on supervision of legality in closed institutions for consideration and decision on the application of Decree of the Provisional Government "On Amnesty," which was adopted in April 2010, and the Law "On Amnesty" dated 2011," the press service of the civil service of execution of punishments informed.

According to it, it remains unknown when the Court was held, but most likely, it was decided to apply amnesty to Tyuleyev.

"There is information that he has paid for damage by the court decision", the department told.

From pretrial detention centre of GKNB Nariman Tyuleyev arrived at the central hospital at penal colony №47 in March 2014.

As 24.kg news agency found out, the former vice-mayor Valery Kornienko was also applied the law "On Amnesty," and released on March 23, 2016.

The former head of the Bishkek automobile operating company Medet Kozhebergenov and former head of the department of public procurement of mayor's office Bilimbek Toktobekov continue to serve sentence in a penal colony №47.

Recall, in late July 2013, Nariman Tyuleyev was sentenced to 11 years imprisonment in a maximum security colony with confiscation of property.
