Ishtamberdy deposit plans to produce 780 kg of gold in 2016

Gold mine at Ishtamberdy deposit in Ala-Buka district of Jalal-Abad region will start operating in full capacity in June of 2016. It is planned to mine 780 kg of gold. The chief engineer of Full Gold Mining LLC Sulaiman Koshaliev informed 24.kg news agency.

According to him, the State Technical Inspection has banned the factory work because of violations relating to the tailings. Moreover, LLC had low gold production figures. "When we were working under the previous project, we placed the wastes into the tailings in the liquid phase, but now we are erecting a press filter - it is a dry storage area, which gets the liquid phase, presses it and then the wastes with 13 percent moisture are brought into the tailings," the chief engineer said.

 According to Sulaiman Koshaliev, gold mining company increased the volume of tailings, now it can accommodate 1 million cubic meters of wastes. After filling, it will be put on care.

According to him, the company plans to develop the field for 10 years. At least 90 percent of the employees of the LLC are local residents, engineers and technicians came from all regions of the country. "In general, an investor has put up $ 140 million in the development of the field, including a social package," he said.
