Mobile diagnostic and treatment clinic to appear in Karakol  

Mobile diagnostic and treatment clinic, which was received as a gift from the Russian government, will appear in Karakol town. The Russian Embassy in the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

According to it, the transfer ceremony will be held tomorrow, on April 21. Diagnostic and treatment complex, equipped on Kamaz vehicle platform has high maneuverability and can be operated in the mountains of the Kyrgyz Republic, withstanding 40 degrees of heat and 40 degrees of frost. It can be connected to the electrical network in the settlements, or work independently in the field. The mobile clinic consists of three rooms (laboratory for various tests, gynecologist's room with all necessary equipment and therapist's room, equipped with cardiograph, equipment for ophthalmologists and otolaryngologists). In addition, the center has rapid HIV, hepatitis, tuberculosis and syphilis tests.

The equipment is transferred free of charge as part of Technical Assistance Program for Eastern Europe and Central Asia in combating HIV / AIDS and other infectious diseases, funded by the Russian government.

 This is the third mobile clinic, gifted by Russia to Kyrgyzstan. Two similar clinics operate in Chui and Osh regions. All diagnostic and consulting services are provided free of charge, volunteers help to inform the local residents about arrival of the clinic.
