CSTO Secretary General to attend opening of memorial to those killed in 1916

CSTO Secretary General Nikolay Bordyuzha will attend the opening ceremony of the memorial to those killed in 1916, Information Policy Department of the Kyrgyz President reported.

According to it, today, Almazbek Atambaev met with Nikolay Bordyuzha. During the meeting they discussed the current activities of the organization, preparation for the session of the Collective Security Council and the meetings of the statutory bodies of the CSTO, which will be held in October.

The head of the Kyrgyz Republic and CSTO Secretary General discussed plans for joint counteraction against international terrorism and religious extremism, the aspects of further cooperation in ensuring regional security.
