Kyrgyzstani detained with 7 kg of heroin on the border with Kazakhstan, the press service of the Border Service of the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan reported.

According to it, in the framework of the operation "Koknar-2016," Border troop of "Zhasyl tobe" outpost in cooperation with the police detained a citizen with a black bag, coming on foot from Kyrgyzstan to Kazakhstan on June 29, 2016. During the search of the bag were found 5 briquettes with gray-white substance with a specific smell, supposedly heroin weighing more than 7 kilograms.
