Whom are we fighting for?
On September 24, the judge of Pervomaiskiy district court of Bishkek Emil Aksamayev decided to transfer 50 percent share of the advertising company "Rubicon" (Financial Center CJSC "Publishing House "Vecherniy Bishkek") to a former co-sponsors of LLC Alexander Ryabushkin and his wife Galina Ryabushkina.
Later the press reported that the adviser to President Farid Niyazov was responsible for the beginning of a corporate raid of the newspaper. This conclusion was made by edition of "Vecherniy Bishkek" after information from several high-ranking sources.
And yesterday, another group of civil society activists tried to become famous, calling a press conference on "The nationalization of "Rubicon". The inviting party, apparently unaware that such events organized in order journalists could ask questions. What they did. Subject provoked a strong interest and many questions that activists had to withdraw urgently with the words: "We said everything!" But all in good time...
You heard the song but got it wrong
Keneshbek Koktemirov, Anarbek Dzhumaliyev and Ulukbek Zhaichibekov began the press conference with loud statements. However, that's a shame, loudly and busily reading on paper, they have managed to confuse the name of Ryabushkin. But journalists are sympathetic, and told how it sounds right.
In general, the impression is that some forces asked the trio to perform, giving them prepared text, but all the details of the case on the "Rubicon" weren't explained. Otherwise, why did the absurd answers in the style of "the fool" have place?
"We officially advocate to "Vecherniy Bishkek" returned 50 percent of the state. Why? Because we addressed to the prosecutor Aida Salyanova three times. Why do we require? Because Adil Toigonbayev, son-in-law of our first president Askar Akayev, well, not that bought, but he made Ryabushkin sell him his share. Well, you know yourself, sitting here and helping us. And the last time we appeal through the media, so that people are aware that you need to return 50 percent to the state," civic activist Ulukbek Zhaichibekov said.
To the questions from the media, whom three of them represent, activist Zhaichibekov said that "all Kyrgyz people". Do the people know it - I doubt. I didn't ask to introduce me. And my neighbor aunt Raya too. I learned from her. Why are you answering for me?
Just because
Generally, all answers of activists resembled a famous phrase from a joke "just because". "We will defend to the end! For the future of Kyrgyzstan! You ask, who are we? - We are Kyrgyz. We do this and will do!" the activist got into the role of the mission.
To the question, how does it relate to the "Rubicon", said: "Because Vecherniy Bishkek has never write anything good about the revolution. Because it's their fault, they bring no use to the state for the five years and don't write anything good about Kyrgyzstan. We want nationalization!"
After such statement one can only advise colleagues from Vecherny Bishkek to stop "idling around" and write something good, moreover they do not write anything normal, so to speak, do not bring benefit... It is strange that they still do not see how situation in the country has chaged for good!

The answer of Ulugbek Zhaychibekov knocked dead: "It is so clear, so let Kim then specifically tell us and people where 50 percent are spent, how much Vecherny Bishkek earns and what taxes it pays. We need transparency. And if Kim can't answer, let him leave 100 percent and go away. That's all!"
I'm ashamed of asking where he should go and on what basis? And why he is obliged to report to the participants of press conference? Kyrgyzstan has an appropriate body, which, believe me, can collect taxes from anyone. It's called the State Tax Service.
Citizens, activists, don't you want too assertively ask officials and leaders of the country questions? Well, for example, why do we have a deficit of electricity each year, having Toktogul reservoir? When do we have gas in the south? When will shooting at our soldiers at the border stop? How will inhabitants of the country get through winter period with poor energy sector? And why, if it could barely exist, employees of this industry have such high premiums? Oh, your irrepressible energy should be sent in peaceful course!
Although there was such an experience, "sent", and then bestowed apartments, compensation and benefits of any kind. Satisfied, drunk and tipsy from the benefits, recipients have demanded to equate them to veterans of the Great Patriotic War...

According to Ulugbek Zhaychibekov, soon they are going to deal with houses, illegally built in Ataturk Park. And we, journalists, remembered that promise and put a notch. We'll wait.
By the way, ranting about the "dishonesty" of others, activists completely forget about their "skeletons in closet", one of which I gladly pulled out and showed to readers.
Earlier, 24.kg news agency wrote that Zhaychibekov Ulukbek Pazylovich, born in 1979, has no data on the place of residence, and it is not known what wound he recieved under what circumstances. According to materials of the criminal case, he was wounded on April 7, 2010 in front of the State National Security Committee building.
In September 2011, the Pervomai District Court of Bishkek considered a criminal case against him under the Article 166 part 2, paragraphs 2 and 3 of "Fraud, committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy in significant amount" of the Criminal Code of the KR. He was exempted from criminal liability with the words "in connection with refusal of the aggrieved to support private and private-public prosecution." At the end the activist admitted that society which they represent is called "Future Kyrgyzstan."
I don't want such future with such people!
