Agreement on cargo safety provision signed in Almaty (Kazakhstan)

Agreement on cooperation in provision of cargo safety on the territory of Eurasia was signed in Almaty (Kazakhstan), Kazakh media say.

 Signing of the document involved four parties: Militarized Railway Guard JSC (Kazakhstan), Departmental Security Service of Railroad Transport of the Russian Federation Federal State Enterprise, Kyrgyz Temir Zholy JSC and Uzbekiston Temir Yullari JSC.

"The parties also discussed the organization of receipt and transfer, provision of information about the arrival of protected goods in the border transfer stations, as well as identified in the way commercial failures, use of electronic locking and sealing devices for protection by the sides," statement said.
