According to him, the volume of water is 19 billion cubic meters. Power sector specialists assure that the water is enough for the heating season. «Toktogul hydropower station is working intensively with the onset of cold weather. Daily electricity consumption is 46 million kilowatt-hours,» Azamat Abdykadyrov said.
He also noted that 150 emergency shutdowns and three high-voltage outages were recorded due to the load on the power lines last week.
