Many blacklisted Kyrgyzstanis to be allowed to enter Russia

Ban on the entry of Kyrgyz citizens, who for various reasons were blacklisted, will be lifted in Russia from the beginning of November 2018. Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation reported.

Russian side will withdraw from the black list the people who have previously been barred from entering the country, and will provide those who stay illegally in the Russian Federation with an opportunity to legalize their stay.

«Kyrgyzstanis, who have repeatedly been brought to administrative responsibility, those who, during their previous stay in the Russian Federation did not leave the country after the expiration of 30-day period of temporary stay, will be withdrawn from the black list. Kyrgyz citizens who are denied entry to the Russian Federation may return to Russia from the beginning of November 2018, having previously checked themselves in the database on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. People who violated the migration laws of Russia and continue to illegally stay in the territory of the Russian Federation have the opportunity to leave the country from October 16 to December 10, 2018,» the embassy said.

At the same time, the decision of the Russian side does not apply to citizens:

— Blacklisted by the decision of the judicial authorities of Russia, including those expelled by means of controlled self-departure;

— Being wanted;

— who was forbidden to enter Russia under the Law on Procedure for Exit and Entry.
