Kyrgyzstani punished for sale of dangerous to health meat in Udmurtia

A Kyrgyz citizen sold dangerous to health poultry meat in Udmurtia. The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the region reported.

The 27-year-old individual entrepreneur rented a warehouse in Izhevsk. There he butchered poultry meat, which he then sold to customers.

There were unsanitary conditions in the warehouse, the temperature regime was not respected, the rules for storing food raw materials and foodstuffs were grossly violated.

Examination revealed exceedance of permissible rate of microorganisms that can cause infection or food poisoning in the products.

Such a crime is punished by imprisonment for up to two years.

Taking into account the fact that the man fully admitted his guilt and eliminated all violations, the court fined him 40,000 rubles.
